Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy
We will refund fares for any reservation canceled with a 5 hour minimum notice, prior to the suggested pick up time.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card that you have used at the time of your reservation. Please expect up to
5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds cannot be granted for any cancellations which we are
informed of less than 5 hours of the suggested pick up time.  Or if the customer is not available for the pick up time and
location as agreed upon.

We only consider reservations as valid upon receipt of the full payment of the individual fare as billed in our
confirmation notification.

Karrenberg Transportation Service is not responsible for delays caused by any unforeseen conditions beyond the
control of the Carrier. In any case the maximum liability of the Carrier is satisfied in the full reimbursement of the
prepaid fare. If a passenger fails to board a flight due to an avoidable mistake by the carrier, we will cover the
expenses for changing an existing reservation in an amount of up to Three Hundred Dollars.

Lost Luggage
Karrenberg Transportation Service will not be liable for lost baggage. We ensure that all luggage remains in the
presence and therefore is the responsiblity of our passengers at all times.

Luggage requirements
We allow a maximum amount of one piece of checked baggage and one piece of carry on luggage per passenger.
Checked baggage includes luggage and boxes which may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size and a maximum weight
of 50 lbs. Personal items like purses, briefcases, cameras, food containers, or laptops must fit conveniently in, under
or in front of your seat.  If you wish to transport any oversized luggage please indicate this in our booking request form.

    We reserve the right to refuse transportation of passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other
    substances which may cause harm to themselves or others.   

    We only accept small pets if transported in a pet carrier box. Transportation of pets has to be stated when
    booking requests are made.

    All fares have to be paid at the time of the reservation online. We accept all major credit cards.

    When you submit your booking request we will schedule the most convenient pick up time under consideration of the
    length of your ride and the expected traffic conditions, to ensure that you arrive safe and in time at your destination. It is
    in the responsibility of our customers to be ready for pick up at the suggested time and to provide a phone number
    where we can notify you about unexpected delays at any time.

    California’s Child Passenger Safety Seat law requires children to ride in either a car seat or booster seat until the age
    of eight or until they reach a height of 4 feet 9 inches. Please be aware that you have to provide your own booster or car
    seat if you wish to book our service.  We do not provide transportation for any child of any age not accompanied by a
    parent or custodian.
